Sunshine Cleaning Services journey began in 1989 with the founding of International Building Maintenance, originally specializing in window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning. Thanks to a strong reputation for quality and customer satisfaction, the company quickly grew.

As demand increased, the company expanded into janitorial services in the early 1990s. To support this growth, Sunshine Janitorial Management was established in 1996 as a dedicated division focused solely on janitorial operations. With a strong team and a commitment to service excellence, Sunshine rapidly built lasting client relationships and a solid presence in the industry.

In 2011, International Building Maintenance and Sunshine Janitorial Management merged to form Sunshine Cleaning Services. This unification brought together decades of experience, deep industry knowledge, and expanded service capabilities—positioning Sunshine as a full-service leader in facility maintenance.
